Dimensions and design can be customized to customer requirements, including the casting of customer’s logo, and additional of feet and,or lugs for material handling.

MATERIAL

We CSM offer alloy steel sow molds which are developed to withstand the sever cast house environment ans is designed to endure both mechanical and thermal shock. The material is similar to ASTM A27 GRADE 65-35, ASTM A148 GRADE 90-60, CAST STEEL 1028, CAST STEEL AISI 8630.
