Performance: Clean casted, heat treated, shot-blasted and fettled, silver painted at outside surface, cast-on markings black painted, ready to be installed. Inside surface has to be grinded smoothly!

Quality Assurance: By certificate acc. to DIN/EN 10204 3.1:

1. Visual inspection of surface acc. to DIN 12454:1998,

    Inside surface level 2, outside surface level 3

2.  Dimensional test of marked (circled) measurements acc. to production drawing

3.  Time-temperature chart including temperature pattern

4.  Wall-thickness test with Ultrasonic at four opposite points and thickness of bottom,

5.  Inside and Outside Surface with MT testing acc. to DIN EN 1369,

Defect acceptance LM2, SM2, AM2

6.  Chemical analysis

7.  Mechanical properties in cast-on test bar
